Afrah Afzal Sait holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is passionate about helping individuals achieve emotional well-being through compassionate, evidence-based psychological care. She works with adolescents, young adults, and families, supporting them through a range of emotional, behavioural, and personal challenges while fostering resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful growth.
With a strong interest in the integration of psychology and Islamic thought, Afrah specializes in Islamic Psychology and is committed to promoting a holistic understanding of mental health that addresses the psychological, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of the individual. She serves as a faculty member at Aspire College, where she teaches Islamic Psychology and contributes to the training of future practitioners in the field.
Beyond her clinical and academic work, she actively conducts Islamic educational and tarbiyah programs for children and teenagers, focusing on character development, identity formation, emotional intelligence, and cultivating a strong connection with Allah. Through her diverse roles as a psychologist, educator, and mentor, she strives to empower individuals to lead lives of purpose, balance, and well-being.
